Shipping policy
Our default shipping is with USPS and we also offer UPS shipping if you prefer. Orders placed before 3:30 PM PST (6:30 PM EST) Monday through Friday and 2:00 PM on Saturday will ship the same day. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on weight and distance. An estimated arrival time may also be given at checkout. If your order was placed after 3:30 PM PST, you may call to request your order be shipped that day and we will accommodate all requests if possible. Please note, UPS shipments are only picked up from our warehouse Monday - Friday. If you have an urgent package on Saturday that needs to ship via UPS, then please call so we can hand deliver your UPS package to the shipper.
Tracking numbers are emailed to the customer for all orders once the shipping label is created in our warehouse. Please ensure your email address is in your customer profile and that our emails are not going to your spam folder.
All shipping duration time estimates are given by the shipper. We do not guarantee any shipping duration time frames.
It has been our experience that UPS has the most reliable Next Day shipping. We highly suggest using UPS Next Day Air if you need a key shipped Next Day.
Please note, Next Day Air is Next Business day. Saturdays and Holidays do not qualify as next day.
Free Shipping:
All orders over $200 qualify for free shipping so long as the items fit into a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Package. Large Tools and Heavy Items (or items that require special packaging, such as Long Reach Tools) are not eligible for free shipping.
$20 Next Day Air Shipping:
All orders over $200 qualify for $20 UPS Next Day Air shipping. Large Tools and Heavy Items (or items that require special packaging such as Long Reach Tools) are not eligible for Next Day Air shipping. Only available for the contiguous 48 states.
Cancellations:
To cancel an order, please call our office as soon as possible. We do not monitor email in real time, and because orders ship quickly, calling is the best way to ensure your order is canceled before it ships. 888-603-0339
