We know it's important to have different options for your customers, and we want to make sure you can offer the right key for every situation. That's why Noble Key Supply offers several options for OEM keys, ranging from brand-new OEM to refurbished, recased, and locked OEM keys.
In addition to brand-new OEM keys, we offer Grade A Refurbished OEM keys that are professionally unlocked and inspected by our in-house locksmiths. Grade A represents the best cosmetic condition available within a particular key type and generation.
Our Grade B Refurbished OEM keys are also professionally unlocked and fully functional but may show more noticeable cosmetic wear, blemishes, or imperfections.
We also offer a growing selection of Recased keys, which contain genuine OEM internal components installed in a new aftermarket shell.
Our Locked OEM keys cannot be conventionally unlocked but may be reused with compatible equipment, such as the TLK1 programmer/encoder device.
A Note About Older and Discontinued Keys
The age and availability of a key can affect its cosmetic grading. As vehicles get older and OEM keys have been out of production for longer periods of time, finding used OEM keys in pristine cosmetic condition becomes increasingly difficult.
Because of this, Grade A and Grade B are graded relative to the age, availability, and typical condition of that particular key. A Grade A key for an older or long-discontinued vehicle may show more signs of normal wear than a Grade A key for a newer vehicle.
For example, a Grade A key for a current-model vehicle may appear nearly new, while a Grade A key for a 15- or 20-year-old vehicle may have light scratches, button wear, or other age-appropriate cosmetic imperfections. In both cases, Grade A represents the better-condition keys available for that specific application.
