Noble Key Supply – Return Policy / Refund Policy
At Noble Key Supply, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. All items are tested in-house by working automotive locksmiths to ensure accuracy, function, and compatibility. If you need to return an item, our policy below outlines the process and requirements.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most unused, unprogrammed, and uncut items—excluding OEM keys, tools, Lishi picks, and batteries.
To qualify:
- Items must be in new, unused condition with no signs of programming, cutting, installation, damage, or modification.
- Items must be returned in original packaging, including all components (e.g. blades, buttons, inserts, batteries if included).
- Items that fail due to manufacturer defect may be eligible for replacement or refund after inspection.
Ineligible Returns
The following items cannot be returned, for any reason:
- OEM keys
- Tools, Lishi picks, and batteries
- Keys or remotes that have been cut, programmed, or attempted to be programmed
- Electronic components showing signs of installation, tampering, or damage
- Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse
- Special-order items, discontinued items, and clearance merchandise
- Products returned without prior email confirmation from Noble Key Supply or outside the 30-day window (info@noblekeysupply.com)
Return Authorization / Email Confirmation
Before returning any item, you must receive email confirmation from Noble Key Supply approving the return. You may contact us at info@noblekeysupply.com
To request email confirmation, contact our support team with:
- Order number
- Part number(s)
- Reason for return
Items shipped without this confirmation may be rejected or returned at the customer’s expense.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
This fee applies only to non-defective returns, such as items that were ordered incorrectly, are no longer needed, or returned due to buyer preference.
Defective items are never subject to the restocking fee.
Shipping Costs
Noble Key Supply does not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is for a defective item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Inspection & Processing
Every returned item is inspected by a technician upon arrival.
Approved returns/refunds typically process within 3–5 business days after inspection.
Items found to be used, programmed, cut, damaged, or inconsistent with the stated condition will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Defective Items
If you believe an item is defective:
- Contact us for troubleshooting—many issues can be resolved quickly.
- After email confirmation to return the item, we will inspect it.
- Verified defective items will be replaced or refunded, and no restocking fee will be applied.
Wrong Item Received
If we made an error in fulfillment, we will correct it promptly.
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered.
For missing packages, we will assist with initiating a carrier investigation.
International Orders – Final Sale
All international orders are final. Noble Key Supply does not accept returns or issue refunds on any international purchases. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept this policy and purchase at your own risk. Due to the high cost and logistical complexity of international shipping, returns and refunds are not practical.
European Union 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
